Sad that the people MOST likely to be interested in it are the demographic least likely to be able to have good quality internet access, a fast PC & the latest plug-ins.

Not everyone that likes old music is old, jonson, but there's no denying you're right. Still, it's interesting (and fun) to compare music from the Swing Era with some of the modern interpretations.

It's good that it's MP3, as opposed to Real or QuickTime or (yecch) Window Media.

It's a pity that it's not streaming.

most of them are in mp3, though I've found a couple that are in real audio format.

My enjoyment of "Old Time Radio" back when it was less than half as old as it is now did much to alienate me from the rest of my generation (for which I am thankful). That said, as an Old Radio Geek, I must say any site that doesn't have The Jack Benny Show is not worth much. (But I'll wait and check back for their "more to come")
Also, "An Evening With George Burns" was NOT a radio show, it was a record album put out after George's agent noticed the success of the "An Evening With Groucho" LP (and as such is most likely to get the RIAA up this site's ass).
