Something to brighten your friday.

Well it's friday, and like the rest of you, I could use a good laugh.
If you're going to sell your house, nowadays, it's important to take pictures of the exterior, the interior to share with prospective buyers, what a great deal they're getting.

Real Estate pictures.

Just, make sure you tie up the dogs first? (third picture down) [via fark]

HOW DARE YOU POST FARK HERE?!

I mean to say, that is amongst the funnier things I've seen.

That really is funny. I'm wondering if it was perhaps done on purpose? Most people would never notice it, and I can see someone having some sly fun with that.

Loretta's glasses only add to the fun... "The better to see you with, my pretty...!"

Who let the dogs out?

Who, who, who, who?

I'm with skallas - I think it was Photoshopped. The original showed Chuck and Loretta gettin' jiggy with it out on the lawn.

were you paid for this link?

Can't see it anyway, the site's down to a crawl.

Could this be an offshoot of reflectoporn?

The jpeg artifacting comes from there being a screen outside the lower pane so that when you open the window to let the sounds and smells of spring into your home you don't also let in the pesties.

And that has to be the most hilarious thing I've seen in many moons although a more cynical person might think they posted that pic to help drive traffic to their site.

Apparently Chuck and Loretta were very hungry too.

their last name is aydelotte... get it? ate-a-lotte [wa wa wa wa trumpet sound]
posted by PigAlien at 8:16 AM on August 27, 2004

You think the Aydelottes are hungry realtors? Here in Toronto, we have the Swallows: Wayne and Meeae Swallow. Meeae? As in "Me, I Swallow"?

Oh, my.
posted by stonerose at 8:32 AM on August 27, 2004

That's Meeae Kim-Swallow. Of course, "Me, I can swallow," isn't much better.
posted by Pollomacho at 8:38 AM on August 27, 2004

Yeah, I think she only very recently got the message - there are still signs up without the "Kim".

I'd hit it.

Holy moses, according to Yahoo! Maps, I live 4.1 miles from this house... *shudders*

That's very funny (thanks for the mirror, Jeddings).

But what's really shocking is the clock above the mantle/fireplace: OH, THE HORROR!

I was on #mefi on irc (which I started using after a meta blackout.)

And I was surfing this morning; found this, and laughed hard; thought I needed to share.

The song How Much Is That Doggie in the Window will forever take on whole a new meaning for me.

Actually talked to this guy about buying a house once. Suspect he has never sold a house, just a front.

How much is that doggie-style in the window?

Well, I'm glad it got double posted because I missed it the first time and it was well worth the second post.

Good stuff!
