I'm not feeling Bob's love in the "bird flipping" photo.

I'd just like to say - for the record - that I think ironic websites celebrating washed up sitcom stars are going to really take off.
You heard it here first, folks.

The only thing I ever found funny about Saget was his dual persona... on television, he was like a more animated Mr. Rogers, but his standup was some really foul stuff (as far as language and content). I don't mind curse words or anything, but I was really sort of set back with how much he used them.
My humble, heartfelt greetings to Mefi, btw (daily lurker for several years)... I became legit this weekend.

It's the icon at the bottom that does it for me. I forsee a whole line of jack-in-the-boxes with unpleasant surprises in them. I want the Rush Limbaugh one.

I'm only familiar with his TV work - and I can't even imagine him swearing. He was just so clean cut it was gross.

Bob Saget is...about the most uninteresting person I can possibly imagine. And, apparently, another false prophet for our media-saturated age.

Keep in mind that although Bob Saget's stand-up work is dirty, it is still not funny.

The guy has seen the Olsen twins topless. A decade or two too early though...

Praise Bob, from whom all slackness flows.

it's hard to be like jesus and giving up bacon ain't gonna happen, but somehow attaining saget a violent, vulgar, sexually addicted stand-up comic seems powerfully within my grasp.
and oddly appealing...

*twitch*
I don't know any of his stand-up work, but there were too many episodes of Full House and America's Funniest Home Videos in my childhood to ever think positively of that man.

Before you dismiss Bob Saget entirely, check out the hilarious episode of Jamie Kennedy's show where Kennedy posed as a sleazy Hollywood tour guide showing people through Bob Saget's house.
