I'm trying to figure out how'd I convince my co-workers to do something like this. I think a first annual Office Olympic-fest would really dissolve a lot of the stress in an office.

Doesn't Google play street hockey?

Some pretty funny stuff.

I'm not so sure that dancing should be considered an Olympic sport, but we'll have to wait and see what the IOOC decides.

I started participating in an event similar to this when I was in the military and carried it with me to several jobs after I got out.

Wherever I work I try to organize an office miniature golf tournament where each team (be it a work team or just a put-together one) designs a hole completely out of materials available in the office and then plays a round of all the holes. Prizes for best hole design and player awards. Creativity counted for a lot (and science played a huge part when I worked in a human testing laboratory).

aw c'mon MBP, they can't be bothered with basic English grammar, they're too busy setting up the next event.

The micro-mini-golf is fun, we did that at my place of work in Denver, using (often 'borrowed') supplies from our desks. The cubes were set up so that a hole could span a couple of desks or three, depending on the ingenuity of the creator.
