How do you donate to charity, play videogames and prove just how freakin' money you are in one fell swoop? If you're Jay Mohr, this is how.
damn, those are UGLY!

wow, wish i had that kind of money to throw around. instead, i spent $150 like the other two million people out there with a ds.
as an aside, joystic.com is an offshoot of engadget.com, see? not really sure citing both was necessary.

How messed up is the planet that people have that kind of change to toss around for a bloody DS? Charity auction or not.

Not very. Were it not a charity auction people wouldn’t be tossing that kind of change for a DS. Charity is the key here not the Nintendo.

Igor, yes, I'm aware that Joystiq is the gaming-centered offshoot of Engadget. I posted both because Joystiq had better pics of the celebrities blowing wads of cash on embellished $150 toys. Thanks for the notice, though.

Gosh. Multimillionaires donated $14,000 to charity. Then a corporation worth billions chipped in another $12,000. Whoop-de-f*cking-do. Plus the consoles are baboon butt ugly.

This is, erm, in MetaTalk.
If anybody cares.
About either conversation.
Not that I do, I just thought it should be mentioned for thoroughness' sake.
