The CCL game. "we reckon that its the most playable flash game we've done to date and will take a bit more brain power than most of the idiocy that we crank out." - According to Kerb. I have no idea how I ended up on their mailing list. I did have more fun on their flash 5 site than the CCL game.
I've visited CCL's store many a time, in sunny old Bradford. What a great little game

This reminds me a lot of "The Incredible Machine" a game released by Sierra a long time ago. The original was for DOS and there was a windows version later. I loved that game.
If you liked the flash game, the incredible machine and its sequels are now fairly easy to find and download and it includes at least 80 levels and many more gadgets/tools to build with.

Awesome game. I second (maybe 3rd) need for more levels though, or a customize level option.
