Leading Scottish pop-art sculptor/artist Sir Eduardo Paolozzi dies aged 81.

Bummer.
I have fond memories of him renting a minibus and driving us art students up to the RAF museum annex at Cardington where we rummaged around aircraft relics going back to the first world war for a whole morning. 25 years ago now….

That's 2 famous people 'today' alone who've died and been known by a mefite (mathematician fellow was the other)
