The Museum of Chinese in the Americas has a similarly themed exhibit (2nd listing) for a few more weeks for NYers and visitors.

When I clicked Specklet's link to casu marzu's user page, I got the same thing as Specklet. Thought it was wierd, because I was sure I had seen the name a few times before.

Artist Indigo Som's work and research on the reach of Chinese restaurants and their collective cultural impact upon American culture has been fascinating to observe in terms of her process and what she hopes to gain from this project. She's asked people from around the U.S. to send her their menus from their local Chinese restaurants and to fill out an online questionnaire as part of her Chinese restaurant survey project, which recently was exhibited at the Chinese Historical Society of America.
