ShortStoryFilter. Submit, link and vote for short stories. A lot of it may be a bit sub-McSweeney's at the moment, but with a bit of luck, The Lit List might scratch a readerly itch or two.

Cool idea, thanks for the post. For flash fiction in blog format there's also Flash Forward, which allows comments but no voting.

On further inspection, could use: tags (for browsing — for instance, what if I want to only find mystery stories?), a search (I have no way of knowing whether stories I link have been posted before), or even seperate fields for author/title so you could sort by either one.
