Dangerous Men (embedded video, sound) A film started in the 70's/80's, finished in the 90's and unleased in 2005. Variety said, "Dangerous Men by John S. Rad will strike horror in the hearts of anyone." trailer (nsfw, mpeg)
More assholes pointing guns.

My money's on that trailer being the absolute cream of that movie's crop. Monster-a-Go-Go had a similar production life, albeit over a shorter lifespan. The results were horrific there as well.

I actually saw this. It's out of this world. Word is director John Rad paid the theatres to show it...

"It's like nothing you've ever seen."
Except in every B movie, Vancouver shot TV show, and 70s soft-core porn.
(At least based on that clip.)

There's a little bit more info on the film and its creator in this LA Weekly article.

Wow. That trailer was allovertheplace. Those men certainly seem dangerous. Especially the naked one.

I thought it was a joke, at first... somebody chopped up a bunch of 70s and 80s B movies, and spliced them together. Poorly.

That's incredible picture quality for a film shot in "3mm".

Nonono, not "3mm", it should say "3Mm". 3 megameters.

Is this the one with the snakes that are on that plane?
Or are we in for a summer of "So BAD it's good" movies?
And
is that a bad thing?

Argh!
What's the point of 24 meg broadband if I can't download the trailer for Dangerous Men in less than 10 minutes!? The anticipation is killing me...
The synopsis is pure gold.
DANGEROUS MEN, an action, adventure, comedy, drama, is a film with many characters...
John Rad, you had me at 'an action'.

Dangerous Men currently has 2 friends, both of whom are invisible. Sometimes stuff like this is so funny I think I'm going to hemorrhage, and at other times, today for instance, it makes me want to weep.

At the crossing point between 00:02:12-00:02:13 (woman on the beach avec cheesy song) in the trailer, you can hear someone yell 'Action!'
I need to see this movie.

I've seen it. Some of the action sequences are set up in such baffling ways that you really start to wonder how things ended up the way they did. They aren't just bad, or unreasonably fantastic, or poorly executed... they're all of those things, but their real problems go much deeper. It's kind of fascinating, especially when you consider it took the guy something like 20 years to make the film.
Also, he uses the same couple of songs throughout the film even when incredibly inappropriate, dialogue is often unintelligable, and you can forget about continuity of any kind. If you're into bad movies, you really should find a way to see this one.
