Is what New York never liked about Rudy Giuliani exactly what the heartland loves?

of course you dislike him but...Is what New York never liked about Rudy Giuliani exactly what the heartland loves? Our guy Rudy, with his great if undeserved rep for 9/11, now
carefully shifts to the right, but not to fear! He made a silly remark about his role in 9/11 but, caught up by the media, he now backtracks on this too. Do voters tabulate the changes politicians make? I am not sure but some believe Rudy as president would be even worse than Bush!! Now, that's saying something.

Darth Cheney would love to be dictator but he has the wrong personality to get elected one. He is trying to achieve that goal through GW. Rudie on the other hand might just be able to pull it off. He ruled NYC with an ever increasing iron fist, and if it hadn't been for him looking like a grown-up on 9/11 he would have left office nearly universally despised. He's not to be trusted.

Nobody listened to me when I predicted McCain would go nowhere for this same reason and he died on the vine. Maybe people will listen to me now: Giuliani cannot be elected president. He's bald. No bald men have been pres in the television era (i.e. since JFK).
Imagine Giuliani and Obama on a stage together. Who is not going to vote for the hottie with the hair?

The heartland doesn't know enough about Rudy yet. Once they do they'll hate him too.

Just everybody who is not down with a tax increase to pay for W's war in Iraq. Of course, the Republicans would have to increase taxes too, but not before slashing some programs for the poor and ensuring insiders get another obscene pile of graft and pork first.
