It seems pretty clear that the person in the car did in fact kill the guy. Intent and baseball team allegiances are yet to be proven.

Baseball actually started out as a rather violent sport. Fans used to physically assault umpires that they disagreed with.

If I get to be judge and jury here--and hey, why not--the sentence is 15 seasons in the Fenway bleachers wearing a full Yankees uniform. Once a year she can wear a "GOT RINGS?" T-shirt.
