That's a take on this video which re-subtitles the same video with a discussion of getting banned from Xbox live, which spawned a bunch of new re-subtitling.
What's interesting is that if you know about the background meme, it's just another funny parody, but without knowing about it, it would seem extremely harsh (comparing Hillary directly to Hitler).
