The difficult thing with eggs is that nutritionists are always changing their minds as to whether they're good for you or not. I think they're good for us right now, so I'm trying to eat as many as I can before they're bad for us again.

While it has been established that eggs contain cholesterol, it has not yet been proven conclusively that they actually raise the level of serum cholesterol in the human bloodstream.
