Republican National Committee Clown College. That is all.

This post was deleted for the following reason: Eh? It's nice photoshoppery but not exactly stunning stuff, and it's kind of hard to ignore the "so take THAT, Republicans" implications in the work even if that's not what you were personally going for, william_boot. -- cortex

I couldn't tell if they had doctored Katherine Harris' picture or not.

Jon Kyl reminds me of a little of The Great Omi. One difference is that I'd probably vote for The Great Omi.

Well, I can tell you this: it won't be long before they can all fit in one car.

Marisa, you may be onto something. I think we could form a band. We could call it ... Irrelevant Conservative Party.

I'm a hard-core democrat and I found this to be depressingly childish and pointless. Certainly not the best of the web, and perhaps in the running for worst of the web.

Finally, someone found a way to make the Republican party white.

This is definitely without point. Completely puerile us-versus-them bullshit that I would hope we could be above, rather than sinking to a lower level. Democrats won the White House, and are on the verge of a supermajority in the Senate. Surely have better things to do than poke fun at Republicans, right? If anything, be vigilant. Just 8 years ago, they under-estimated Democrats and thought of them as clowns...

This would be more powerful if they were referred to as Repukelicans.

Please bear in mind that Obama was a superb candidate, and Obama/Biden was a great ticket, and McCain was a bad candidate, and McCain/Palin was an abysmal ticket, and yet Obama still only got 52.9% of the popular vote. So do not be fooled by the Republicans' clownish demeanour and insane antics: they are still a serious threat.

while this better than i can do, let's be real. the link would not have been picked up and posted here if it were not for the political charge. the link is average of the web because all that it is is lowest common denominator political humor done with photoshop hosted on some random flickr account which will then be sent to your work email because your co-worker thought that it was funny because they are easily amused.

Worst of the web, maybe, but this "Flickr" site its hosted on has some real interesting photos...

It could have clownified any group of public figures. Say, clownified hair metal singers, or clownified athletes. It would have been just as funny, to me anyway.

I don't know. I mean, I would have been just as amused by a random selection of celebrity clownification. Is this the best of the web? No. I will not say, "WOW!" about this the way I did, say, century-old wooden submarines or something.

Come to think of it, I'm disappointed that it DOESN'T include a wider assortment of celebrities.

Hmmmmmmm.
