I bet this is from one of those spoof movies they made back in the '70s-early '80s like The Kentucky Fried Movie, Loose Shoes, or The Groove Tube. I've seen the ones I mentioned, but there were a LOT of them.

This has to be fake. A boring one at that. I don't think it's from a spoof movie, but instead just someone dubbing over an old commercial.
