I feel sorry for the dude. There have been a few times when I have been confronted with some new interface and had to figure it out without instructions. It's pretty hard not to look like a fool doing it. This doesn't say anything about the guy's intelligence or that of Pakistanis. The reason to be concerned about Pakistan's nuclear arsenal is it's shaky political stability. Check out a book called Frontline Pakistan for a recent analysis.
