Britain's New Prime Minister

Conservative Party leader David Cameron is Britain's new Prime Minister. In last week's General Election, Scotland only returned one Conservative Member of Parliament. Many Scots feel that the Conservatives consequently have no mandate to govern. The Scots have their own Parliament, and one wonders just how long the "United" Kingdom will stay that way. Ironically, Cameron is a Scottish surname....
