The interface needs work; I've been playing Doodle or Die (prev.), and despite the lag and the trolls it feels a lot easier to make a drawing and move on to the next one than on Teledraw.

Oh, wow, this is awesome! And this is my first attempt- it's hilarious watching how they "evolve" over time, I love this concept! The fact that's it's so hard to draw is part of the charm, I think.

Are they restricted to five descriptions and five images?

I get annoyed when people deliberately add things that aren't in the previous stage, like in the Shyamalan one above how someone adds a dog because of a loose association with "stick wife". I feel like it needs to be an honest attempt at interpretation to keep the misinterpretations funny.

Well, I couldn't resist a certain pun. I don't get the sense that this is intended to be closed-loop, like Pictionary, where the point is accuracy.

The fuck is wrong with these people- this is clearly a still life with condoms, not "tomato's third birthday"- christ, there's even a foil wrapper off to the side! I don't think Michelangelo himself could have done better with a Dell mouse...

We can't see that thread yet, hincandenza. Only participants can, it seems, until the thread is finished.

Man some folks are so clever with the paintshop skills that I'm embarrassed to try. What my mind conceives is so much grander than what my body can achieve.
Just because I didn't draw a duck farting doesn't mean I don't have an extremely moving and detailed conception of a drawing of a duck farting in my mind.

it's annoying when I put all of my artistic energy into something like "An eskimo flees his igloo as a satellite threatens to crash down upon it" and the next person mumbles "eskimo igloo satelite".

I feel like I should apologize to everyone because my drawing is really, really bad, but I like describing things and I really like watching stuff regress to common cultural touchstones, like how most ghosts turn into Pac-Man ghosts and anyone with a beard becomes either Lincoln or Jesus.

The last time I played this kind of game in real life, one round ended up as "Silently but gruesomely, Jason Vorhees murdered the naked Ewok."

What was the online Pictionary-type game that was posted here years ago? There were rooms for different languages and themes, and I believe you could create private rooms.
