Vampires in Havana (YT, 1:09:58, Spanish with English subtitles, also available on Netflix streaming) is an animated film by Cuban director Juan Padron about the battle between European and American vampires for control of Vampisol, a formula which allows vampires to go out in the sun.
I was just thinking of this film while working my way through True Blood's seasons 3 and 4 Fey Blood Allows Day Walking plotlines. Vampires in Havana is a fun little flick.

I will never forget the time, late one night in a fit of insomnia and boredom, we decided to check this out on Netflix. I'm not sure I can say with certainty that I'm glad we did...but I'm absolutely positive I'll never forget it. ;)

I was just reading about Juan of the Dead (trailer), Cuba's answer to the zombie movie.
