So Superman, The Green Lantern, and The Flash are playing with each other in the bedroom...

Sam Daly has an Internet show. Sam Daly's dad is Tim Daly of "Wings" (and some shows about gangsters and doctors). For the last decade, Tim Daly has also been the voice of Superman in the DC Animated Universe started by Batman: The Animated Series (it's
kind
of
popular
here),
including Superman's own show. To prepare for the new animated DVD feature Justice League: Doom, Tim Daly really got himself back into the role. Perhaps a little too much, so Sam has enlisted co-stars Mal Reynolds Nathan Fillion and Lex Luthor Michael Rosenbaum to help out. Everything went better than expected.

My fiancee is a fan of Castle, Dr. Horrible and Private Practice but has not watched any of the DC animated projects. I cannot wait to show her this.

I watch castle, and I want to like it more than I do. I love me some Nathan Fillion though.
The entire run of Wings is available on Netflix, and I've been watching them here and there. Tony Shaloub looks so young, and Tim hasn't changed much.

My brother and I agreed that this video needed Kevin Conroy, who is and always will be Batman to me. Otherwise, it's all really adorable.
I have a Tim Daly story! While in college, USA Network would show Wings from 11 a.m. to noon. I liked watching Wings so I would take this into consideration when planning out my schedule (as you do when you're a college student).
My roommate was working a summer at a theater (I want to say it was Trinity Repertory because that seems right) and Tim Daly and his (then) wife would have parties every year. My roommate went to one and told Tim about my love for Wings and that I rearranged my schedule for it.
Tim looked at her, sighed, and said "She's going to rot her brain out."
So I often enjoy thinking "YES! Superman said I'm going to rot my brain out!"
(I have also been delighting in watching Wings on Netflix now.)

So, recently I discovered that the Batman:The Animated Series webiste still exists, which is kind of cool.
This Web Site is enhanced for Netscape 2.0 or Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.0 and is best viewed with a 800 x 600, 16 Bit Display.

I love Castle, and not just for Fillion goodness, it was what I watched when recovering from surgery recently - it's non-challenging and silly, yes, but also charming and entertaining, and it doesn't make you stupider either.
And ZOMG, this is so awesome. Good natured people being ego-free and hilarious.

Tim Daly did the voice of Clark/Superman on Superman: The Animated Series, but he was unavailable to do the voice for Justice League and Justice League: Unlimited. George Newbern did the voice on those two series. Daly has come back to do Superman on some later direct-to-dvd releases.

You know, it occurs to me that the gravity Tim Daly and Kevin Conroy brought to Superman and Batman are exactly what DC seems to be trying to stamp out in their current Nu52 incarnations.

Thanks, 1970s Antihero. I came into this thread just to point that out.
Then I decided that, since I was here anyway, I'd go ahead and watch the video, which was really cute and funny. Thanks, OP.

Quit saying Fillion.
I'm still mourning over that Firefly thing, and it makes me weep.

Not sure if sarcasm? "Binging" is how I've always spelled it, and it appears before "bingeing" in the dictionary.

Sadly, yes.

Oh mannn, I've had the biggest crush I Tim Daly since I was like... 7? 8? I was kinda scared to look at these to see him now, but it's crazy how he still looks exactly the same. And crazier how he still looks like he's 30 and his son also looks like he's 30.

Dear Nathan Fillion,He didn't answer. Yet.
Happy Halloween!
I doubt if this is going to work, but I thought I'd try anyhow. I'm really hoping to get an autographed photo for my girlfriend. She's a huge "Castle" fan, so I decided I'd do a little research and see if I could find a place to write and ask (I got this address off the internet!).
I'm guessing a TV star doesn't have the time to respond to every fan letter, but I thought I'd ask. Could you please see if Stana Katic will sign a photo of herself? If she does you could just send it to the above address. Just ask her to make it out to "[Redacted]." That would be great!
