The Glitch [slyt]
That was cute. I think they could have let the viewer hang just a bit longer at the end but cool.

The ending was completely ruined by the stupid "Click on our other videos" menu at the end, but it was pretty clever all the same.

this was amusing until Ness appeared.
Then it was amazing.

That was cute. The premise reminded me of Skrillex Quest.

next time I think it would be cool to download my consciousness into a computer, I might want to watch this again, or at least make sure I'm not one of the beta testers ... or early adopters.

I was disappointed at the lack of the Far Lands.

Ever come across something that highlights a fear you didn't know you had? The combination of this and the Australian school ad featuring teleportation gone wrong (linked on MeFi some time ago) have made it really clear to me that I am really, really terrified of somehow ending up with my body sticking halfway out of something, or being partially encased in a rigid material.
Thanks?

Funny. I think anyone who's had a lengthy session of gameplay ruined by something like this will experience a slight bit of unease while laughing. Reminds me of that moment wondering "can I just try to get around this or is my game completely fucked?"

If you like this, you might also like a webseries that's also called Glitch, about a hapless twentysomething who wishes that his life were more like a video game, and comes to realize what an epically bad idea that is ....

Reminds me of "Beyond" an amazing Animatrix short where kids explore a "haunted house" full of glitches in the fabric of reality.
