This is hysterical, but I'm still not sure what I could actually do with a counterfeit certificate, outside of amusing myself.
It certainly is fun to look up my former employers' offshore counterparts.

If corporations don’t pay taxes, then it follows that when people buy iPhones, search on Google or order items on Amazon, everyone loses hospitals, schools, road maintenance and eventually pensions.
Corporations don't pay taxes; they merely collect them from their customers, who pay more for whatever the corporation is selling. Whether this is the most efficient way of raising revenue is another question.
