Kyde and Eric are a world-traveling couple. They're from Virginia, but now they live in Japan. From 2009 to 2010, they traveled around the world.
Along the way, they visited Costa Rica, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore (where they spoilers got engaged /spoilers), Indonesia, Thailand again, Laos, Cambodia, Thailand yet again, Hong Kong, Macau, the PRC proper, South Korea, Japan, India, the UAE, Oman, Egypt, Jordan, Israel and then the US again.
More recently, they've traveled to Taiwan and Myanmar. They continue to experience food in Japan and have adventures there.
Eric used to play music, though he didn't play their videos' theme music.
Kyde (pronounced like 'Katie') and Eric have a FAQ, and they answered a bunch of viewer questions in October 2013.

I'm very much agreeing with modernnomad. "we need another laptop" to bring you more photos of cool things that we are doing is something you hit up family for at birthdays or christmas, not the internet.

Sorry what I meant to say was... I will be, uh, 'continuing' my journeys around the world, having fun, and living the life you want to live, and I will obviously post more envy-inciting pictures as soon as you memail me some cash. Monthly deposits are arrangeable.

Genuine non-snarky question: what's so unusual about them or their blog that makes this 'the best of the web'? It all seems fairly standard/self-indulgent 'young people travel the world' fare.
Bit confused about why they're worthy of an FPP. (Since no, the blog is not particularly well-written, IMO.)
