The foot prints of the World Trade Center, lit up, are particularly moving from that high up.

Ha! I went to high school with Mr. Laforet, and he has been up to big things, literally, ever since. He once, I recall, ascended to the top of the spire of the Empire State Building.
Many of us, myself included, paid him a nominal sum to take the pictures on our individual senior pages for the yearbook.
And a lovely guy to boot.
