I think it's an curious choice to have Richard Hell reading Garner’s last words; I wonder how that came about. I feel like a black voice would have been more fitting (though I can certainly see the appeal of cutting a track with Richard Hell).

Wow, that's really affecting. Reminds me a bit of New York is Killing Me (which I've also been listening to inordinately much since Garner's death — kinda wish I could mash them up).
