I'm pretty sure the Jig is not Up.
(I'm hoping there will be another widely publicized Bitcoin debacle before the Jig is Up so I can joke that Bitcoin is Frog Fractions 2)

I do not know if it has some secret connection with Frog Fractions 2 other than containing a review of the first game. But its earnestness of focus charmed me. Sometimes you just want to be a frog ribbit. This site provides information on interactive experiences that allow you to experience frogness ribbit ribbit. Also frog is a funny word ribbit.

Rayman Legends has Splinter Cell toads with nightvision googles and paratrooper toads that hum/shout 'Ride of the Valkyries' in a weird toad opera voice. But I guess toads aren't frogs so GOOD DAY TO YOU SIR!!!

I mean, just look at Frog and Toad. Toad is a sensitive guy with feelings, while Frog is a real asshole who abandons his friend on a sled.

Toads try too hard. They're the drunks at the party that put lampshades on their head. Frogs are secure and serene, at least when the aren't being chased by predators. Dumb bastard snakes.

Yes, Seaman is a frog, at least in his final form. He evolves by eating flies and is voiced by Leonard Nemoy. He gives you stentorian life advice each day as you moderate the temperature of his tank. Sometimes he sasses or sulks. His final form looks like a frog with a stern human face. You talk to him with a mic. This is the only perfect videogame on god's earth.
Given that description, I really can't disagree. That sounds amazing.

BungaDunga, I own Seaman, and have played through it twice. It is unreservedly wonderful. My only complaint with the review is that actually Leonard Nimoy doesn't voice the frog, he only narrates. But he does it in a charmingly amused fashion.

okay so I know first I blundered into this thread to talk about toads, and now I'm about to talk about snakes, and frankly at this point I suspect I might get my account deleted for all my incessant derailerey, but nevertheless: a facebook friend responded to "Seeing God's Frog Collection: BEYOND ALL KNOWING" by showing me Torah Horse's Room of 1000 Snakes, which is a game that's nearly perfect.
well, okay, except for how I'm not sure I'm entirely comfortable with the number of snakes in that room.

The Odyssey² had a game (I can't find it yet) in which you're a frog hopping from lily pad to lily pad eating flies as the sun and moon sl-ow-ly arc above to the sounds of crickets. I think dragonflies were a problem.
But despite searching through game lists, I can't find it.

Ingress, the mobile, location-aware, ARG from one of Google's internal startup companies, Niantic, isn't on this list, due to the technicality that the "frogs" you find in that game are merely the playerbase-chosen nickname for one of the game's two player factions, and not officially labeled as such by the game's developers.
(The opposing team gets the label "smurfs".)

Amen, Mister Moofoo. It's an amazing game, especially relative when it was released (I still maintain that NES game has better graphics than many SNES games), but the combination of the lack of any way to spread a game between sessions, the high difficulty, and the limited number of continues makes it very difficult on the player.
