I got "This content is not available in your area due to rights restrictions" for lots of them and I was like "dude this sucks", but the fish tank one worked and five minutes of that later I'm like "hey it's all cool, man."

I remember watching Too Cute at like 1 AM on French TV and they didn't even even bother to have a french narrator - cuteness is universal.

Having now seen Chick Cam, I am actually a little bitter that I have lived a full 45 years without it in my life since it is only THE BEST AND CUTEST THING EVER EVER EVER and I want to just sit here and watch it for the next 45 years.
