...the end of existence, the long shadow cast by nuclear weapons. Includes a powerful testimony from a hiroshima survivor.
Great link johnnyboy. A simple but compelling refresher for this new age we seem to ineluctably be heading.

Good link. Takes a while to load on a modem, but I liked that you could take their quiz while you waited and that they link to extra info at the end of the presentation.
I found the nuclear accidents page particularly interesting, so here's a link to it for those who don't want to or can't load the flash presentation.

...and, a link to a html site with the first-hand account of the Hiroshima Atomic bomb by hibakusha, who was a child when the event took place.

Macromedia had nothing to do with the development or production of the piece. It was created and developed by a company in Vancouver BC called bayleaf and is the work of a very talented designer Tony Ke.

Yes.......nuclear weapons are 'bad' now. However methinks 1.2mb is preferable to 1.2 kilo/mega tonnes.

pixelgeek, he was being sarcastic :)
God loves little children and smilies.
And I did have to set the record straight incase anyone actually read this and, like me, didn't understand that they were attempting to be sarcastic.
