This hits right in a most wondrous spot! Thank you so much! If a trick is at hand, it is not to simply void words of bits that do not comply; it is to cast out such words and work without!

A dog in a hat sits in his chair, staring vacantly forward. Around him, bright sparks flash as if to catch his focus. Distant warmth turns to hot discomfort as a conflagration grows in alarming proximity to him. A choking miasma billows upward with an odor of sulfur. Hark! Said dog grins and talks!
"This is OK."

I am happy that all parts, including that Law of Conduct, can say what is important to say without using that glyph that oulipo.social disallows.
But for a glyph marking a subsidiary law (a, b, c...), sadly.
(Or possibly constituting an ironic application, as that subsidiary law prohibits said glyph?)

A solitary mark of that form is in Olipou's Law Of Conduct, in defining said law of omission. You could claim that as it is just prior to Law 5 it is not in application at that point, but I think it is probably just wry/smug hijinks. Smartarses.

I wonder how hard it would be to code up an instance that requires all posts to be in one of various permitted poetic metres (iambic pentameter, haiku, limerick, &c.) I imagine the syllable-counting and rhyme-checking code all exists (though whether it'd work reasonably on the client side in JavaScript is another question; after all, doing so accurately would involve huge lists of exceptions and special cases. And it'd have to be spot on; the algorithm couldn't miscount things, and would have to be aware of syllable count differences in different dialects of English (or at least “British” and “American”).
Perhaps one could even gamify it, with scores given to posts based on linguistic virtuosity; iambic pentameter would get 1 point per line (which would be shown below, much like MeFi favourite counts), a limerick 10, a villanelle, 100, and so on.

I saw a tourist from a long-past land
Who said: Two vast limbs of rock, no trunk,
Stand on an arid plain. In proximity, on dry sand,
Half sunk, a split mask lay; its frown,
And scrunch of lip, and smirk of cold command,
Say that its sculptor truly its passions caught
Which still subsist, writ on such pallid things:
A hand to inflict taunts, and a soul to allot food.
And on a platform, such words occur:
"I am Ozymandias, king of kings:
Look on my works, thou mighty, and dismay!"
Nothing additional is at hand. Round that blight
Of this colossal ruin, vast and bald,
Forlorn and uniform sands run far away.
