The Washington Post recently featured an article about soup maven Patricia Solley. I believe her comprehensive soup site is going to become a regular destination for me. Where else can you find a recipe for Spock’s favorite soup?
Howzabout pancake soup?
Just kidding, Fenriss, I like the post, it was just too good to resist. As far as soup goes, it's all about my Nonna's minestrone and (I'm ashamed to admit it) that Ultimate Potato Soup mess at Bennigans.

Sigh... I thought people felt more strongly about soup. Oh, well.

Wow, no soup nazi jokes?
I love soup. After reading the WP article, I can only say that I wish Patricia Solley worked in my office, I would never roll my eyes or turn down an offer to test her latest creation. I could eat soup morning, noon, and night.
As far as her website goes, I'd like to see the navigation broken up into different subsets - I wasn't sure where the "soup in movies" type links ended, and the actual recipes began. I'd also like to see cream soups and vegetarian soups given their own pages. I'm trying the New England Clam Chowder for dinner tonight - I'm salivating. Mmmm soup. Thanks for the links, Fenriss. Now I'm off to the food store to pick up some ingredients.
