How do people get their cats to tolerate being dressed up?
It mostly depends on the individual cat. I've had a couple over the years who didn't mind. Toby, the tabby I had in high school, even let me put baby socks on his little paws.

DINGBAT WAS MY CAT
or at least the absolute doppelgänger of Colonel Fluffybottom. Right down to the mad one-eyed stare and tangled fur from rapscallion batshit-insane adventures. I burst out laughing when I scrolled down to see that familiar face. I will never be able to use dingbats again without a fond smile.
(I now have Arial Black, Gotham and what I suspect to be a doctor's scanned in handwriting)

No Verdana? Pretty non-descript, but slightly too wide standard moggie. Very easy to read and surprisingly hard to avoid.
