Kahoot, a phone-based trivia games engine mainly used in the classroom, has also inspired The Kids to come up with remixes and mashups based on its music. Some examples: Sweet Dreams (with the tempo fixed), All Star, The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, The Real Slim Shady, the Jeopardy theme, a Trap remix, and a Dubstep remix.
... I like the music. It’s way better than sitting there awkwardly in silence while everyone logs in and picks a name.
Sometimes I do a little dance to it.

Wow, the Slim Shady one works really well! This is great; I love mashups. Good job, The Kids!

Big fan of Kahoot - and, as a reminder, here is the "Base" music

Kahoot music definitely adds to the game show atmosphere of it. My students always want it on. I like when they put up new music around holidays (like spooky for halloween).

Pumpkin guy dancing to Kahoot will always be my favorite, but I also really like the Sweet Dreams remix.

I don't know if the Kahoot system would let me, but I really want to make a game to play at queer parties that has the Sweet Dreams version as the soundtrack.

How neat to see the unlikely places people draw inspiration from though!
