California will offer health benefits to undocumented immigrants It is and has been alarming that most immigrants (undocumented and documents in flux as well as newly documented) will not go to a doctor because they are afraid of how it’ll affect their ability to stay in the United States. They end up waiting until their ailments are in advanced stages rather than seek preventative measures making the medical costs exorbitant and left unpaid. I hope this will save lives and in the long run, dollars.
