I'm surprised I've never heard of this. I look for online advent calendars (as opposed to ones that you buy and open IRL) and there are fewer of them these days. So, thanks!

Can we get real/fake tags for this because even with the apparent wikipedia entry I just don't buy the Dec. 2nd one, and the first one is obviously untrue.

<real></real>They're both true, as written. Note that the Dec 1 entry does not state that the octopus attack happened, merely that a statue appeared, and that the installer of the statue made some claims about it.
Documentarycould probably use some quote marks. The DeCSS prime is similarly factual.
