Yeah, a lot of these didn't work for me. Plus I was really hoping that it was matching generals to muppets in terms of personality instead of appearance. Based on this assumption, I clicked on the link very curious to see which muppet was a big enough asshole to match up with George McClellan.

I got to the Jefferson Davis one and noped right out. Why would someone think this needed to be a thing? Seems needlessly disparaging of the Muppets.

Yeah, I don't think it's such a great idea to normalize or humanize Confederate generals by portraying them as muppets. I don't think people think about how this would make BIPOC feel when they create things like this.
If we are going to leave this post up, even though I don't think that's wise, it seems like we should be addressing it from a purely critical perspective. For example, the Confederate muppets are not "history" just as Confederate monuments are not "history". Both are propaganda in different ways.
