The news prompted mixed criticism: 'Greed' It was confirmed in November that the award-winnning artist can re-record her first five albums, which include "Taylor Swift," "Fearless," "Speak Now," "Red" and "1989." Swifties were hyped to learn earlier this month that the "Evermore" singer officially finished re-recording one of her early albums, "Fearless," which previously won four Grammys in total, including album of the year and best country album.

This post was deleted for the following reason: We had a post about Swift's re-recording a few days ago; we don't need another one now. -- cortex

Forget reissues, now a sufficiently popular artist can soft-reboot their entire catalog. The discography as franchise!

Single link post to Fox News is the best we can do with this?

Alternatively, the "greedy" ones are her former label and the people that have bought and sold the masters of her original recordings without her permission. In other news, there are other news sources that I'd trust more than Fox News on Swift, especially given her stated political views; NPR, say, or CNN, or even Vice.
