My enthusiasm for this news is tempered by the fact that it's a Mirror link -- without doing a deep historical dive, I feel like they probably own as much blame as any tabloid for the whole nightmare of Spears' life in the public eye. Is there a source that isn't a wildly sensationalist garbage fire?
