POV: You like your cream with a little coffee + colonoscopy prep = ?

It's That Time for me very soon! Just finished (ahem) digesting this excellent previously.
However - I'm a coffee-holic who cannot abide black coffee and fear the headaches that will just exacerbate the whole prep-day process if I cannot add half and half (less than I usually add, I promise) or even milk to my daily brew on the morning of the day before the procedure. The second article linked above seems to indicate that the world will not end if I go ahead and add a little creamer or milk the morning before (NOT on the day itself). This article: linked article seems to say, NBD. Anyone have anecdata or thoughts on this?
ALSO - any allowed foods or snacks on prep day (or other tips) that might not have already been shared, would be much appreciated!
