A transgender woman examines “the trans episode” of the Nikolodeon live action show Danger Force.

The first interview with actor Michael D. Cohen mentioned is in People. The second is actually in Variety.

Lily Simpson has a YouTube channel full of videos examining the trans or trans-adjacent episodes of (mostly) television shows, from The Trans Positivity of The Love Boat to The Worst Moment in Trans TV History | Family Guy.

If you want more general criticism, there's also epic length critiques of the Twilight (4⅕ hrs.) and Harry Potter (10 hrs.) franchises.

Oh my goodness, when that clip from The Love Boat came on I realized I'd seen it back when I was a kid. I wish I could remember more of what my thoughts were; it was probably among the first times I'd heard of trans people.
