Last July, when Netanyahu (Israeli prime minister) was in DC to address Congress, his contingent stayed at the Watergate Hotel, which is adjacent to the Potomac River. Protesters rented kayaks and floated nearby and used megaphones to recite the names of Palestinian children who'd been killed in Israeli attacks up to that point. The protesters didn't make it through the whole list that day.

There is also a daily vigil for Gaza at the White House, and for a while, they had a weekly reading of children's names, starting with babies under a year old. Not sure if it's still going or how far they got.

It is devastating. Palestinian children deserve to grow up.

The amount of scrolling required just to get to the four year-olds is staggering. This is awful, but as an infographic I'd say it's well done in terms of communication of the gravity of what has happened and is happening.

The end of the list reveals that it only accounts for 2/3 of reported deaths of children in Gaza, and it was last updated in late October
