oooh boy I'm going to need multiple multiple reliable sources—like working reporters at well-known outlets fact-checking, confirming, and validating these claims before I even begin to dip a toe in these waters.

Because the idea that massive multi-state election fraud took place in all (or even many) of the 3,000+ counties across the US without a whole wash of leakers and whistleblowers and a paper trail the size of TFG's tax returns is much, much harder to buy than the idea that in our current misinformation-age milieu, low-info voters picked the loud guy over the Black woman because he seemed better and they had no idea what would happen.

Especially given the fact that incumbents have had their bags packed for them around the world, so the unusual outcome would be if Harris were elected. I hate the current state of things as much as the next thinking person, but I'm not ready to board the conspiracy train quite yet.

Conspiracies are not generally founded in solid evidence, these are trying times but the bona fides of ETA are out there.

For the sake of clarity, can the bona fides be brought in here? I don't know this group.

What is the Election Truth Alliance?
The Election Truth Alliance is a non-profit, non-partisan organization founded in December of 2024 when multiple individuals came together to share independent data, analysis, and research into the results of the 2024 US Presidential Election. As concerning trends emerged from our shared data we moved quickly, at the speed of trust, to make our findings more accessible and understandable to the broader public.
We are a non-profit corporation.
Nathan – Executive Director, Advocacy and Public Engagement

Nathan is the face of the Election Truth Alliance, presenting our findings through videos, town halls, and community events. His quick learning and natural charisma make him a compelling advocate, earning the trust of audiences everywhere. Nathan excels in translating complex findings into actionable insights that inspire action.

This tells me nothing.

Not to be harsh, but we're supposed to trust single-name "Nathan" from some rando group of "multiple individuals" (two guys in their basements with stats software? three?) based on them saying "trust us"? Seconding commenters above -- without independent verification from multiple known, legit organizations, this is conspiracy-mongering. Talk to me when ProPublica or Reuters or someone legit substantiates their claims.

No, look at the data in the video. Don't trust me, trust the data. He's reviewing CVR data (that's cast vote record which is public info) and showing the results with easy to digest graphs. Follow the links on their site or their youtube for scientific breakdowns and papers.

On the rare chance they’re correct, what does it accomplish?

Gore had more votes in Florida in 2000. They didn’t un-President Bush.

The conartists are in power, they’ve already replaced the leadership of any organization that could legally remove them with party faithful.

This isn’t going to be undone in a Colombo style discovery, it’s going to be a knock down drag out fight.

Our democracy is not a TV show. If they're correct we have a constitutional crisis and there are remedies even if they are unprecedented. Conspiracies are not based on fact.

Conspiracies are not generally founded in solid evidence

Conspiracies are most definitely founded in stuff that sounds and looks a lot like evidence to people who aren’t experts. Which is why we need experts.

Trust the experts—especially when you find yourself really, really wanting the conclusions to be true.
