If "dog bites man" isn't news, but "man bites dog" is news, what is "dog shoots man"? Sonny the gun discharging dog isn't the first animal to allegedly take-up arms against humans. Rather, animal caused shootings seem to be relatively common and a truly international phenomenon.
I, for one, welcome our new canine overlords...

There's also a story of a man getting shot by his hunting dog in the new micheal Moore flick Bowling for columbine. I'd definitly suggest it for anyone who likes a great peace of propaganda/ commentary/ entertainment

I'm glad no one was killed in this dog shooting spree. But it would bring up an interesting legal question: If the dog were owned by someone else and killed his neighbor, would it be just like those dog biting cases where the owners have some sort of liability? The problem is that the dog "murderer" probably would have had no forseeable homicidal tendencies (unlike a wild animal) and so the dog owner could not really be liable, or could he?

Oh, honey, do you ever need to hear my friends Baamphf. They're all about journeys into heavy metal rhythm.
"The Masters of Jia Ja Temple" is the place to start.

Has everyone forgotten the MetaFilter guidelines?
I'm pretty certain Matt said he wanted less man/dog stories and more
dog versus vampire material.

If gun-shooting dogs are outlawed, then only outlaws will have gun-shooting dogs.
