Music Industry looses in court

Federal judge rules Morpheus, Grokster not liable for Internet piracy. Well that is until the big pocketed music industry finds a favorable judge and wins the appeal.

. . . it'd take _two_ favorable judges to overturn this ruling. District Court decisions go to a Court of Appeals (in this case, the Ninth Circuit); decisions there are made by three-judge panels.
