City pics rule!

While looking for photos of Sacramento, CA I came across The World City Photo Archive. Find your favorite city from around the world (organized by country) or check out photos of landmarks.
Hmmm. Every attempt to look at a picture on that site goes directly to their "leech" page, even after copying and pasting the url as suggested. Safari on OS X.

Sorry, warning don't link to photos or you will get this:
Due to abuse and leeching of bandwidth by directly loading images on blogs, forums, message boards, etc., such links are now banned. Please visit the site directly to view your images. If there is just a text link to a photo, right click it, select "copy link location" or "copy shortcut" (whatever your browser's equivalent is), and paste the URL into your browser's address bar.
I'm sorry for this incovenience but if the total monthly bandwidth allowance is exceeded the site will be unavailable to everyone (myself included) until the start of the following month.
Cheers from your humble city gatherer at http://www.worldcityphotos.org!
It's a cool page, but it seems they're kind of wankers.

Is there anything out there that comes closer than this site does to travelling the world from your own computer?

Thanks to you, Baggie.
I especially like the one of the rainbow over Cardiff, Wales. Would have linked to it but, you know...
If you must see a rainbow immediately, please do.

Why would you want to look at photos of Sacramento? I'll photocopy my bum and let you sniff my armpit if you want to know more about tomatotown.

Cockeyed has a great photo look down J Street a couple of years ago. In typical Cockeyed style it is a picture every few feet. He also made it down P Street.
