This reminds me of Building 19 (for all you fellow Massholes) and the South of the Border billboards lining the roads in the Carolinas (as well as a few in Florida!).

Quite a few of them need you to be aware of current events in India to "get" them. And yes, Hindi thoda jan-na chahiye.
