Noted: WTF is not available. Whether or not this is because it is in use or because it is in the database of inappropriate strings is unknown.

In communist Russia, the license plates customize you.
I am so ashamed.

I'm in Vermont and the guys down the street have license plates SUDO and [iirc] CHMOD. You'd be surprised.

A55Hat is available, asshat is apparently already in use.
Jessamyn, I hesitate to ask but what do SUDO and CHMOD stand for?

sudo is a descendant of the standard *nix utility "su", which stands for "switch user" (or, inaccurately, "super user", since without any arguments it switches to the user "root", the default administrator). I've heard sudo pronounced "soo-doo" -- in which case it means "switch user do", since it allows you to execute a single command as another user -- and as "soo-doe" -- how I pronounce it, since it sounds like the word pseudo, what I conside an oblique metaphor for its function.
chmod is a portmanteau of "change mode". It is a standard *nix utility that allows a user to change the permissions on a file.

Child that I am, I have just sent the last 10 minutes making Maine licence plates that say 'PENIS', 'USUCK', 'ARSEY' and other things that don't bear repeating.
It's great how using my brain to work something out can still make me more stupid...

I saw a WTF prefix on a car in South Australia not a week ago, so presumably we have a thousand of them.
