Hitch-Hiker's guide to iTunes
April 24, 2005 3:03 PM Subscribe
iTunes Music Store users can listen to the Hitch-Hiker's Guide to, Blogging, Deadlines, How to be cool, and Technology.
And various other cash-in tracks.
Above links apparently only work in the US. Other iTunes Music Store don't carry these titles.

Well, I'm in the UK, and you can be sure that they work here, since I posted them.

Not in Canada anyway. At least not without signing out, and then choosing the US (or the UK) music store to hear a preview.
Is that voice Stephen Fry? Too lazy to look it up...

Yes it's Stephen Fry. He voices the guide in the new movie.

I have a Target card. Can you please post something only useful to registered Target customers?

Boy, I'm sure it's been mentioned elsewhere, but Reasons to be Miserable (on the Marvin Mixes sure sounds an awful lot like the late Ian Dury's classic "Reasons to be Cheerful (part III)"?

My main computer is down and I'm using an old machine that has an even older version of windows that iTunes does not support. Is there any other way to listen to these?

... to join the 'blogosphere' there are a couple of things you need to do. Firstly, you wil need to increase the size of your ego. Without a swollen ego, you simply cannot achieve the levels of solipsism required by a modern blog.
Heh.

I'd actually pay the five bucks for these, if I wasn't so sure I could just borrow them from my friend Fipi.

All I see is this because I don't have iTunes installed. Nice.

I have the same problems with WMA files that are linked to. Nice that Apple at least redirects you to a piece of software you can use rather than an error message.

At least WMA are clearly marked with a .wma extension. I assumed the links went to descriptions of the tracks.
