MoneyChimp - a "coherent, logical, useful and accessible financial education resource".
I too read it as MonkeyChimp.
On glance through, the page looks nice. It's not as ugly as some of the other financial "how to" websites but it seems to be lacking in content.
Good post though.

Bankrate is a particularly good site, and has much of the above covered.
