eToys sucks, Blogger sucks, everywhere a suck suck? Maybe register.com should add a "sucks" suffix as one of its automated "additional available names" options.
Hey ... don't "suck[s]" the messenger. :)

Of course, if there was a .sucks domain, they'd just get bought up by the corporate owner, just as companies register ourproductsucks.com, thereby (theoretically) circumventing criticism. Did you notice that both etoyssucks.com and bloggersucks.com are owned by their respective companies?
If all else fails, you could always do like 2600.com did with Verizon. Seeing that verizonsucks.com was registered by Verizon, Emmanuel Goldstein registered verizonreallysucks.com. After a cease and desist order, he registered VerizonShouldSpendMoreTimeFixingItsNetworkAndLessMoneyOnLawyers.com too. More information here.

oh, and did i mention we went "preventative measure" crazy and bought 150 domains that day?
lesson learned: don't go overboard.

Part of Nader's dot-sucks proposal was that the corporations in question would not be allowed to own the domain. There would be controls on who could buy the domain, much like there are controls on who can register dot-edu and dot-gov domains today.

People can always come up with more creative suffixes than "sucks", though.
How about: bloggerblows.com, bloggerchews.com, bloggersucksass.com, ihateblogger.com, etc. ?
They'd have to buy them all!

be careful, you might get "preventative measure" crazy... if you buy myproductsucks.com, you'd have to buy ""blows.com, ""eatsyourmommasass.com, etc., etc.
before you know it, you've spent $5000 in domain names in one day.
don't laugh, we did.

Oh, really? I bought Metafiltersucks.com. As a preventive measure, I had to buy Meatfillersucks.com and Metafiltersuckssucks.com too. I plan to cultivate emnity, and sell the domains to the rightful brandname owners for a high price.

George Bush's web design team (or whatever the term is) bought dozens of varieties of bushsucks.com when they first started the website. And I hear they still missed one or two

They also notably missed gwbush.com which seems like it would be a higher priority than "bushsucks.com".

I hate to start YATAN (yet another thread about nader), but Nader thought the .sucks domain could be an important protest method many months ago (which is actually eons in internet time).
